I'm a personal trainer based in Toronto, working primarily with women 50+ and seniors who want to build strength in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
My work is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience. As a breast cancer survivor, that journey changed how I think about strength, resilience, and what it actually means to feel well in your body. It shifted the focus away from appearance — towards capability and how your body supports you through real life.
